Those in shrimp industry have no need to worry…….millenials are not leading trend…in fact had negative plant based food growth. It is the older generation becoming more flexitarian that really are leading the charge.
Yes – this needs to be articulated and promoted….changing protein consumption to that from aquaculture, especially farmed shrimp, can help against climate change.
Less onerous on the planet than meat and also a blue carbon sink.
….and planting mangroves, a shrimp farmers local responsibility, can also help.
